Highball – Cubed ice
Method:
Using a shaker tin, shake vigorously until the tin is frosted. Single strain using a hawthorn strainer into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Ingredients:
- 1 shot Gin
- 1 shot Wild Peach Schnapps
- 2 shots Granadilla Juice
- 2 shots Orange juice
- ½ shot lemon juice
- ½ shot Float Dark Rum

Passion fruit quarter and Mint Sprig
