Glass:
Tumbler – Filled with crushed ice

Method:
Using a shaker tin, shake vigorously until the tin is frosted. Single strain using a hawthorn strainer into a tumbler filled with crushed ice.

Ingredients:
- 1 shot Vodka
- 1 shot Wild Peach Schnapps
- Half shot Pineapple syrup
- 2 shots Pineapple juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 Dashes Angostura bitters
- Small Splash of Soda

Garnish:
Mint Sprig
